Conveniently located five minutes outside of Downtown Olympia, WA we call this dreamy blue barn home.

Our facility offers a completely enclosed indoor arena measuring 150x65 to ride inside out of the elements and private riding trails around half of the property for enjoying all the nice weather the PNW has to offer.

With all this and private access to Bigelow Lake, we can truly say we have it all to ride comfortably and enjoy the barn year-round.

Just around the corner from us is Friendly Grove Park and we are convenient to all of Thurston County in addition to easy access to the west side of Pierce County.

For horse care we offer 12x12 stalls, combination dry and grass pastures, indoor hot and cold wash racks, and spacious aisle ways with ample cross tie room.

For rider comfort we offer individual tack lockers with ample storage, an observation room and lounge with a wet bar, and a heated bathroom.
